we've actually run the place.
Uncut is two Virginia hospitality veterans. We've built award-winning destinations, carried the P&L, and lived the rules, so the advice you get is what actually works, not what looks good on a slide.
Managing Partner · Hospitality, Operations & Tourism
chris suarez
Chris Suarez has spent more than twenty years turning Virginia hospitality into destinations people drive out of their way for. As CEO and Managing Member of Lost Barrel Brewing and former General Manager of Bear Chase Brewing Company, both working Virginia farm breweries that grow their own ingredients on the land they pour from, he has built taprooms, event venues, and agritourism destinations known for tight operations, standout guest experience, and a packed calendar. It is the exact farm-to-glass, land-as-destination model Uncut now helps other Virginia farms build.
He chairs the Loudoun County Brewers Association, where he brought on its first executive director, Uncut co-founder Kevin Anderson, previously served on the Visit Loudoun Board of Directors, and in 2024 was named Manager of the Year by Visit Loudoun. Under his leadership, the businesses he has run have collected shelves of Best of Virginia, Best of DC, and Best of Loudoun awards, plus medal-winning beer, and he has helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for local causes.
